About Mazda
Mazda is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Hiroshima, Japan, that was founded in 1920 as a cork-making company. It later became known for producing vehicles, including the three-wheeled "Mazda-Go" truck in 1931, and officially adopted the name Mazda in 1984. The name comes from both the founder, Jujiro Matsuda, and the Zoroastrian god of wisdom, Ahura Mazda. Today, Mazda is known for producing cars with a focus on driving dynamics, design, and technology, such as its "Kodo: Soul of Motion" design theme and Skyactiv Technology.
